Who We Are: At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love. Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £100 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work. And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

About The Job

We're looking for a talented Design Consultant to join Omaze on a contract basis, to play a meaningful role in one of the most exciting things we're working on right now — our brand evolution. This will be an inside IR35 contract. This isn't a catch-all design role. It's a focused opportunity to take a beautiful set of atomic components and craft them into pages that genuinely perform — pages that feel unmistakably Omaze and convert. You'll be working closely with some of the most senior people in the business, and with a marketing team that cares deeply about every pixel of the brand experience. If you love the craft of UI, get excited by conversion problems, and know how to bring a room full of strong opinions to a clear direction — this one's for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take our atomic design components and build them into comprehensive, conversion-optimised web pages that bring our brand evolution to life.
  • Own the overhaul of our core conversion pages, making sure every touchpoint feels like a cohesive, premium Omaze experience from first impression to final click.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to ensure the design and brand story land consistently across the full customer journey.
  • Present and champion design direction with exec and senior leadership to drive alignment— running rapid feedback and iteration cycles with confidence, cutting through the noise, and keeping the vision on track.
  • Help design and support A/B testing so that every change we make is backed by evidence, not just instinct.
  • Collaborate with the wider design team to grow and evolve our component library as a natural output of the pages you create.
  • Partner closely with engineers to bring designs into Storybook, helping to build a front-end component system we're all proud of.

About You

  • Our ideal candidate has extensive experience as a Product Designer, Brand Designer, or similar, with a portfolio that shows real UI craft — ideally across marketing or conversion-focused web pages.
  • Hands-on experience with atomic design systems, taking components and composing them into polished, production-ready pages.
  • A track record of driving alignment around design with exec and senior stakeholders — you can hold a room, earn trust, and guide a group to a decision.
  • A genuine interest in performance — you understand how design choices move metrics, and you're comfortable contributing to A/B testing programmes.
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams, with an eye for brand coherence from campaign through to conversion.
  • Familiarity with design systems and Storybook, and experience collaborating with engineers to translate design into a component library.
  • Figma expertise — including building with and extending component libraries.
  • Strong communication skills and the kind of presence that makes stakeholders feel confident in the direction you're taking them.
