Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.

We lead Commercial Marketing for Apple Retail in EMEIA; from WW moments including Holiday, Back to School and Valentine’s Day to regional affordability programs and market-specific moments, including Eid and Diwali. As a Commercial Marketing Campaigns and Programs Marketing specialist, you will lead the executional and operational elements of marketing campaigns at Apple Retail - across apple.com, the Apple Store online and the Apple Store app and stores. You will work closely, with support from your manager, with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth across diverse regions.

Responsibilities

  • You will lead the executional and operational elements of marketing campaigns, promotions and affordability programs at Retail; drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, PR, Legal, Store Operations and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives.
  • Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to increase brand metrics and drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels.
  • Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience, with at least 2 years of omni-channel marketing experience in a multi market capacity.
  • Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike.
  • Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines.
  • Able to analyse data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language skills beyond English.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
