Omaze is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead a small internal CX team and manage a larger outsourced support function.

You will drive a seamless customer experience across email, voice and live chat, shaping the CX strategy and day-to-day execution.

You will build scalable processes, coach teams, and surface customer insights to inform product, marketing and other functions.

This role reports to the Director of Delivery and is based in Holborn, London with a hybrid in-person policy.
