- Direct the internal production function, including the Senior Production Manager, maintaining clear accountability across projects.
- Act as the senior point of escalation for all production challenges, ensuring rapid problem-solving and cross-team alignment.
- Define the long-term production strategy, including what remains outsourced, what moves in-house, and how workflows can be scaled and improved.
- Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and introduce new systems or tools to increase efficiency.
- Champion a high-performance culture across production, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality even at scale.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to ensure production efforts align with wider marketing goals and messaging.
- Develop the strategic framework for a future in-house studio, creating original, brand-led content for owned platforms, especially YouTube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape a content slate focused on storytelling that extends beyond campaign cycles.
- Plan resourcing, pilot workflows, and test scalable, low-lift content formats that build long-term brand engagement.
- Determine where in-house capability will enhance storytelling, agility, and brand visibility over time.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in senior production roles across creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital-first media.
- Strong track record of overseeing production across TV, digital, social, and branded storytelling from concept to delivery.
- Expert in managing large-scale production budgets, agency partnerships, and high-pressure creative timelines.
- Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal capabilities.
