We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Director to take our customer acquisition engine to the next level. In this role, you’ll lead Omaze’s global performance marketing strategy—owning growth across all paid channels and driving measurable business impact. Reporting to the VP of Growth, you\’ll play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts as we grow our audience and expand internationally. You’ll bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, with a focus on building scalable programs, improving efficiency, and uncovering new growth opportunities. Working closely with our Product, Analytics, Creative, and Brand teams, you’ll ensure our campaigns are optimized end-to-end—from first click to conversion. Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across ATL, paid social, paid search, programmatic, affiliate, and emerging channels. Work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Data, and Brand teams to build high-converting campaigns and landing pages. Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, run A/B tests, and iterate on strategies to improve CAC and LTV. Monitor industry trends and emerging platforms to keep Omaze ahead of the curve in digital marketing innovation. Establish scalable processes for campaign planning, execution, reporting, and budget management. Demonstrable performance marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce, scale-ups, or digital consumer brands Deep knowledge of digital platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data, dashboards, and reports to derive actionable insights. We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation.
