Reporting to the VP Marketing, the Production Lead will oversee all content production at Omaze, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality creative across TV, digital, social, PR, and branded content. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing all external production partners, leading internal production operations, and driving efficiency, consistency, and excellence across every stage of the production process.
The Production Lead will shape and evolve Omaze’s production model, deciding which projects are best delivered through agency partners and where there is strategic value in building in-house capability. Over time, this could include the development of an in-house studio focused on producing original, format-led content for owned channels such as YouTube, broadening our storytelling beyond campaign delivery and deepening long-term engagement with our brand and mission.

- Lead all aspects of production across Omaze’s marketing content, from TV commercials and ambassador campaigns to charity and winner films, digital assets, and PR support.
- Oversee timelines, budgets, production schedules, and resources to ensure smooth, efficient delivery of high-quality content.
- Manage relationships with all external production partners and vendors, ensuring creative excellence and cost efficiency.
- Direct the internal production function, including the Senior Production Manager, maintaining clear accountability across projects.
- Act as the senior point of escalation for all production challenges, ensuring rapid problem-solving and cross-team alignment.
- Define the long-term production strategy, including what remains outsourced, what moves in-house, and how workflows can be scaled and improved.
- Champion a high-performance culture across production, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality even at scale.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Social, and Growth teams to ensure production efforts align with wider marketing goals and messaging.
- Develop the strategic framework for a future in-house studio, creating original, brand-led content for owned platforms, especially YouTube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape a content slate focused on storytelling that extends beyond campaign cycles, such as behind-the-scenes, presenter-led formats, charity features, or winner updates.
- Plan resourcing, pilot workflows, and test scalable, low-lift content formats that build long-term brand engagement.
- Determine where in-house capability will enhance storytelling, agility, and brand visibility over time.
10+ years of experience in senior production roles across creative agencies, entertainment, branded content, or digital-first media.
Strong track record of overseeing production across TV, digital, social, and branded storytelling from concept to delivery.
Expert in managing large-scale production budgets, agency partnerships, and high-pressure creative timelines.
Strategic thinker with experience evolving production models and building internal capabilities.
Experience in regulated sectors or working with compliance-sensitive content (e.g. charities or fundraising) is a plus.
