Who we’re looking for:

We\’re on the lookout for a talented CRO Manager to join our team here at Omaze. As a CRO Manager, you’ll optimise our digital customer journeys, across both website and mobile, to maximise conversions and revenue. You’ll be responsible for leading our A/B testing programme, planning everything from populating the testing roadmap to executing and helping to understand test results.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website/app performance and conversion rates
  • Lead on ideation and discovery, planning strategies to help achieve the businesses OKRs
  • Lead the strategy and backlog for A/B and multivariate testing, including hypothesis generation, implementation, and results analysis
  • Identify and implement different digital personalisation strategies
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure tests are implemented accurately, efficiently and, most importantly, in a way that is measurable
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the business
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 4+ years of experience as a CRO Manager or a similar ecommerce optimisation or experimentation roles
  • Knowledge of website optimisation techniques, A/B testing frameworks, and statistical analysis
  • Experience working with both B2C ecommerce websites and mobile apps
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, DynamicYield, Optimiziley or similar
