About The Job We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our global Above-the-Line (ATL) media strategy and drive sustainable business growth across international markets.

This role is responsible for developing data-driven media strategies, managing agency partnerships, and ensuring fully integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics and Product, you will oversee end-to-end ATL planning, execution, measurement and optimisation.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead Global Media Strategy Define and execute Omaze's global ATL media strategy, ensuring investment supports commercial objectives and market growth.

Lead the development and execution of the global ATL media strategy, ensuring investment supports each market's commercial objectives and growth targets.

Translate business priorities into effective media strategies that balance brand building with measurable performance outcomes.

Identify new media opportunities, channels and market trends to drive competitive advantage.

Drive Integrated Marketing Partner with Growth, Product, Brand and Creative teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.

Ensure ATL activity complements wider acquisition, retention and brand initiatives.

Align media investment with broader business priorities and product launches.
