About The Job:

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Google & YouTube), you'll own one of Omaze's most important growth engines, leading the strategy, investment and optimisation of Google's advertising ecosystem across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display. Working at the intersection of Growth, Creative, Product, CRM, Analytics and Finance, you'll translate commercial objectives into acquisition strategies that drive sustainable customer growth while maximising marketing efficiency. This isn't simply a campaign management role. You'll shape investment strategy, influence senior stakeholders, develop measurement frameworks and continuously identify new opportunities to improve performance through Google's rapidly evolving AI-powered advertising products. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business impact while helping millions more people discover Omaze.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own Google's Growth Strategy: Lead the strategy, planning and execution of Google Ads across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display. Develop scalable full‑funnel acquisition strategies that balance customer acquisition, revenue growth and long‑term brand building. Translate commercial objectives into media investment strategies that maximise business performance across multiple markets.
  • Drive Performance & Optimisation: Manage significant Google media budgets, developing quarterly investment plans and continuously optimising spend based on commercial priorities. Identify new growth opportunities through audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page optimisation and first‑party data activation. Evaluate Google's latest AI‑powered campaign types, automation capabilities and measurement innovations to maintain a competitive advantage. Champion a culture of experimentation through structured testing across bidding strategies, audiences, creative and landing experiences.
  • Creative Excellence: Partner closely with Creative and Brand teams to develop high‑performing YouTube and display creative that delivers measurable business outcomes. Produce clear creative briefs with defined objectives, audience insights and success metrics. Use creative testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and maximise return on media investment.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, Finance and Growth teams to deliver fully integrated customer acquisition strategies. Build strong relationships with Google, media agencies and technology partners, ensuring external partners consistently deliver against agreed KPIs. Support international expansion by adapting acquisition strategies for new markets and customer segments. Share best practices across the business and help evolve Omaze's performance marketing capabilities.
  • Measurement & Commercial Insights: Partner with our excellent Analytics and Data Science team on robust measurement frameworks using GA4, attribution modelling, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality testing and experimentation. Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to generate actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness. Define KPIs and success measures that consistently evaluate campaign performance across markets. Present investment recommendations, campaign performance and strategic insights to senior leadership in a clear, commercially focused way.

About You:

You’ll probably have been called a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Google Growth Manager, Paid Search Lead or Acquisition Lead—but whatever your title, you’re passionate about using data, technology and creativity to drive measurable business growth. You combine strategic thinking with deep platform expertise and enjoy turning commercial challenges into scalable acquisition opportunities. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience managing large‑scale Google Ads budgets in a high‑growth B2C, subscription or eCommerce business.
  • Deep expertise across Google Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google's AI‑powered advertising ecosystem, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, attribution, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • A proven track record of scaling customer acquisition while improving marketing efficiency and return on investment.
  • Experience working alongside creative teams to develop high‑performing video and display advertising.
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners, building collaborative relationships that deliver measurable results.
  • A naturally curious mindset, always looking to test new ideas, challenge assumptions and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex performance data into clear business recommendations.
