About The Job: We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our global Above-the-Line (ATL) media strategy and drive sustainable business growth across international markets. This role is responsible for developing data-driven media strategies, managing agency partnerships, and ensuring fully integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics and Product, you will oversee end-to-end ATL planning, execution, measurement and optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead Global Media Strategy: Define and execute Omaze's global ATL media strategy, ensuring investment supports commercial objectives and market growth. Lead the development and execution of the global ATL media strategy, ensuring investment supports each market's commercial objectives and growth targets. Translate business priorities into effective media strategies that balance brand building with measurable performance outcomes. Identify new media opportunities, channels and market trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Drive Integrated Marketing: Partner with Growth, Product, Brand and Creative teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels. Ensure ATL activity complements wider acquisition, retention and brand initiatives. Align media investment with broader business priorities and product launches.
- Own Media Planning & Agency Partnerships: Build strong relationships with global media agency partners to deliver best-in-class planning, buying and optimisation. Review, challenge and approve media strategies and plans, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, audience insights and commercial targets. Lead commercial negotiations with agencies and key media partners to maximise value and effectiveness.
- Optimise Marketing Investment: Own and manage significant ATL media budgets in partnership with Finance and Growth teams. Develop investment scenarios based on commercial objectives, market conditions and growth opportunities. Continuously optimise budget allocation using campaign performance, customer insights and business priorities. Ensure marketing investment delivers maximum return whilst supporting long-term brand health.
- Build Best-in-Class Measurement: Partner with Data and Analytics teams to develop robust measurement frameworks across all media activity. Lead attribution strategy, Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), incrementality testing and experimentation programmes. Analyse campaign performance, media effectiveness and customer data to generate actionable insights that inform future planning. Present performance updates, investment recommendations and commercial insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate on Creative Excellence: Work closely with Brand and Creative teams to develop high-performing campaign assets that maximise media effectiveness. Produce clear creative briefs with defined objectives, success measures and delivery timelines. Foster a culture of continuous creative testing and optimisation to improve campaign performance.
- Lead & Influence: Act as the senior performance marketing expert across the organisation. Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and strategic thinking. Mentor and develop team members while promoting a culture of curiosity, accountability and continuous improvement.
About You: You're an experienced marketing leader who understands how to combine strategic brand investment with commercial performance. You enjoy solving complex growth challenges using data, experimentation and collaboration, and you're comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across the business. You're equally confident discussing media strategy with agencies, commercial performance with Finance, measurement methodologies with Analytics, and campaign execution with Creative teams. You thrive in fast-moving environments where innovation, testing and continuous optimisation are valued.
You’ll also bring:
- Significant experience leading ATL media strategy across multiple markets with responsibility for large-scale media budgets.
- A proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through integrated media planning and optimisation.
