As a Production Manager, you are the production engine behind the delivery of Omaze’s House a Month (HAM) campaigns and related creative output — with a particular focus on the non‑TVC asset suite that brings each campaign to life across channels, including social-first, ambassador and partnership content, reveals, and supporting deliverables.

Operating within a squad structure, you will own the end-to-end production lifecycle for the campaign’s non‑TVC deliverables, ensuring every asset — including social content, ambassador content, cutdowns/versions, and winner/charity reveals — is delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • End-to-End Campaign Production (HAM Lifecycle)
    • Own the full production delivery of HAM campaigns from pre‑production through to final delivery.
    • Translate campaign briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables across all content outputs.
    • Ensure all campaign assets — including hero films, ambassador content, social, winner and charity reveals — are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.
  • Squad-Based Delivery
    • Operate as the production lead within a cross‑functional squad (Brand, Creative, Social, etc.).
    • Act as the key production partner to ensure alignment, clarity, and momentum across the campaign lifecycle.
    • Drive accountability on timelines, deliverables, and production readiness within the squad.
  • Shoot Leadership & Execution
    • Lead shoots end-to-end, from planning through to on‑set execution and post‑production delivery.
    • Manage crews, suppliers, locations, schedules, and logistics with precision and confidence.
    • Troubleshoot in real‑time on set, ensuring smooth delivery under pressure.
  • Production Management & Coordination
    • Line manage and develop a Production Coordinator, delegating effectively while maintaining oversight.
    • Oversee day‑to‑day production workflows, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
    • Maintain production documentation, schedules, and status tracking across all projects.
  • Budget & Resource Management
    • Manage campaign‑level production budgets, ensuring cost control without compromising creative quality.
    • Work with the Senior Production Manager on forecasting, approvals, and supplier negotiations.
    • Ensure efficient use of resources across shoots, including crew, talent, locations, and equipment.
    • Negotiate rates with external vendors, crews and suppliers.
  • External Partner Collaboration
    • Work with external production partners, agencies, and freelancers to deliver campaign outputs.
    • Support the Senior Production Manager in managing key relationships, ensuring high standards and consistency.
    • Ensure all partners are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and creative expectations.
  • Process & Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and output quality with the Production Lead.
    • Help embed scalable processes within the squad model.
    • Contribute to building a best‑in‑class in‑house production capability.
