Description
We\βre looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Support Trainee to join our Dudley office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing office experience who is keen to build a career in a professional services environment.
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting our client onboarding process, assisting with company secretarial work, and carrying out a variety of general administrative tasks. You\βll gain valuable experience in a Top 20 accountancy firm and be supported by an experienced team committed to helping you develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities

Liaising with new clients to ensure all client checks are completed accurately and on time.

Drafting and sending engagement letters.

Supporting company secretarial duties for limited company clients.

Assisting with day-to-day office administration and document management.

Helping maintain accurate client records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Working closely with colleagues to provide efficient and professional support across the team.
Key Requirements
-
Previous office experience.

Good IT literacy, with confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
