Omis a bar & nightclub from the team behind Brilliant Corners, Giant Steps, "mu" & Idle Moments. We are looking for a personable door host to join our team. The role is for Fridays and Saturdays, from approximately 8pm until 5am, as well as occasional Sundays and Thursdays.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming guests, articulating the house rules and the music programme;
- Acting as a key point of contact for DJs, artists and guest list;
- Working alongside security to ensure smooth and efficient entrance & exit;
- Supporting the General Manager with the wider aims of the service;
- Managing opening and closing procedures;
- Managing and improving the guest experience.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in nightlife, hospitality or music venues;
- A working knowledge of the music and DJs we programme;
- Confidence managing busy late-night environments;
- Calm, professional and articulate under pressure.
