A fast-growing consumer products company is seeking an experienced Regional Marketplace Director to lead commercial performance, operational excellence, and strategic growth across online marketplaces. This senior leadership role carries full regional P&L accountability and oversees all marketplace operations, including sales, account management, supply chain, inventory planning, finance, compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, deep online marketplace expertise, and operational discipline to scale the region sustainably.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Regional E-commerce Director will drive profitable growth, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across online marketplaces. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Requirements

- Proven P&L ownership with strong commercial and financial capability.
- Strong operational, inventory, and supply chain management expertise.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
