The Opportunity
This is a broad, strategic commercial role that sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and long-term business strategy. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across the UK, Europe, and the USA, while shaping the commercial direction of the organisation. Working directly with the Managing Director, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Operations, Quality, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of commercial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development activities across international markets, with a focus on high-value pharmaceutical and sterile product opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision makers, industry partners, and global clients.
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans that align sales and marketing objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitors activity, and new product opportunities.
- Represent the business at international conferences, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support bids, proposals, and product positioning.
