A fast-growing global organisation is seeking a highly capable Logistics Manager to lead customer service, transport planning, and order fulfilment operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving processes, and can drive OTIF performance across international markets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing the Customer Service team
- Managing order processing, fulfilment, and delivery performance
- Driving improvements in OTIF and logistics KPIs
- Overseeing transport planning and third-party logistics partners
- Ensuring compliance across import/export activities and trade regulations
- Maintaining accurate ERP data and reporting
- Supporting S&OP, stock checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through strong communication and issue resolution
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Up to 8 years' experience in logistics, transport, supply chain or distribution
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment, import/export, and international logistics
- Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and global suppliers
- Excellent data interpretation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- ERP proficiency and strong Excel capability
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Relevant degree or professional qualification (CILT, APICS, FIATA)
