Hours: 10:00 AM β 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (32.5 paid hours per week, inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
Salary: Β£23,500 β Β£26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our daily financial workflows and keep our busy office running seamlessly. Thanks to our tailored 10:00 AM β 5:00 PM schedule, this position offers a rare work-life balance in Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Xero Financial Processing: Manage purchase and sales ledgers, track supplier costs, log daily business expenses, and run routine bank reconciliations.
- Property & Hospitality Administration: Assist with processing tenant invoices, rental payments, or supplier billings specific to our diverse real estate and hospitality portfolios.
- Microsoft Outlook Management: Own the central inbox, greet clients digitally, manage tenant/guest enquiries, and coordinate team diaries.
- Microsoft Excel & Word: Maintain detailed spreadsheets for tracking company data, manage financial logs, draft professional correspondence, and update lease or service agreements.
- Credit Control & Liaison: Professionally follow up on overdue accounts with clients, tenants, and suppliers via email and phone.
What We Are Looking For:
- Sector Familiarity: Prior administrative experience within property agencies, housing, estate management, or fast-paced hospitality/hotel environments.
- Software Competency: Strong hands-on working knowledge of Xero and professional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: An organized individual who thrives in an SME team and can pivot easily between property management and hospitality queries.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English to manage tenant, guest, and supplier communications confidently.
