OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for a Pro Audio B2B Sales Manager to join our team. The focus of the Regional Sales & Business Development Manager is to manage and grow NS/GP across all B2B Audio accounts, concentrating on direct Pro Dealers, Distributors and Integrators across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions.

What you’ll do:

  • Exceed sales growth target whilst maximizing profitability to ensure GP target is achieved in-line with company target by account management of dealer network in designated region.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve, meet and exceed assigned unit/sales goals, whilst analyzing customer performance, trends, product mix, pricing and advertising/promotion value to drive sales.
  • Increase business with Key Integrator accounts, focusing on building relationships with the Region Sales Managers to ensure that the OM range is presented in all relevant sales opportunities.
  • Develop close working relationships with key Distribution partners to create full understanding of 3rd Party Reseller network, whilst creating sales and training opportunities for Inside Sales Representative with the 3rd parties to expand sales reach of product range outside of the direct sales route.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations emphasizing the features and benefits of Professional Audio products to meet the needs of customers and third-party companies.
  • Provide accurate forecasting for each distributor, dealer, and integrator, while working with internal Back-Office to resolve all approved credits, invoice enquiries and payment arrears.
  • Develop a keen knowledge of market competitors, their activities, new products, prices etc., and feedback to management on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with internal Marketing Operations Manager to develop targeted marketing activities and programs with selected Strategic Partners across the region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant industries.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree or equivalent in Business related discipline preferred.
  • 5 years minimum of B2B Sales & Account Management, preferably with SaaS markets.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS packages.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Availability to travel.
