We are currently recruiting for 3 positions with the following shift patterns available:

  • Monday to Friday: 4:00pm – 10:00pm (30 hours per week, £20,240 pro rata)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8:30am – 1:00pm (9 hours per week, £6,126 pro rata)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 1:00pm – 6:30pm (11 hours per week, £7,487 pro rata)

We are seeking reliable and friendly Lettings Assistants to support the out-of-hours use of our school facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a safe environment, and provides excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the school site for weekend and out-of-hours lettings
  • Setting up and preparing rooms and facilities for external users
  • Welcoming hirers and acting as the main point of contact during their booking
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the site at all times
  • Carrying out basic health & safety checks
  • Responding appropriately to any issues or emergencies
  • Ensuring facilities are left clean, tidy, and ready for the next use

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Have good communication and customer service skills
  • Be able to work independently and show initiative
  • Have a calm and professional manner
  • Be willing to undergo safeguarding and background checks

Previous caretaking, site supervision, or customer-facing experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
