Bradley Stoke Community School is seeking an outstanding Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the learning and development of our pupils, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and support across our primary phase.
As a HLTA, you will lead learning activities, cover classes when required, provide targeted intervention support, and help create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
The Role
- Deliver planned lessons and learning activities to whole classes in the absence of a teacher.
- Support teaching and learning across a range of year groups.
- Lead small-group and individual interventions to raise achievement.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to assess pupil progress and adapt learning activities.
- Support pupils with a range of educational and emotional needs.
- Promote positive behaviour and high expectations throughout the school.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community.
