We are seeking a non-teaching Head of Year to cover a period of maternity leave from 18th May 2026 until 14th May 2027 or upon the return from maternity leave whichever is sooner.

You will be joining a strong pastoral team which includes an Assistant Headteacher for each Key Stage, a Key Stage Lead overseeing pastoral care in each Key Stage, a mix of teaching and non-teaching Heads of Year, a designated Student Support Assistant for each year group as well as a team of tutors in each year. In addition, there is a separate safeguarding and inclusion team who work closely with the pastoral leaders. We care about every student and their family and aim for each individual to have a successful and supported journey through school. You will be joining a committed team of professionals who enjoy working together to create the best environment for students.
