Salary: £36,363 to £39,152 (£31,277 - £33,675 pro rata)

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behaviour Lead to join our team and play a key role in supporting student behaviour, inclusion, and wellbeing across the school. This role will start on 1st September 2026.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Lead for Inclusion and the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), you will help to drive a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students are supported to thrive both academically and personally. You will work collaboratively with Pastoral Heads of Year and Teaching and Raising Standards Leads to ensure that appropriate support and inclusive practices are in place to meet the needs of all students.
