Join Olympus Corporation as a QA Project Manager – APAC, where you will lead high-impact quality transformation initiatives across the region. This role sits at the centre of strategic quality programs, driving Quality Management System (QMS) improvement, regulatory compliance, and process harmonisation across multiple markets. You will lead cross‑functional teams and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver complex projects that enhance quality, efficiency, and compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver regional quality programs and projects across APAC
  • Drive QMS improvements, standardisation, and compliance initiatives
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Partner with global, regional, and local stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery
  • Lead continuous improvement activities including Kaizen events and process optimisation
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to senior leadership and governance forums

What we are looking for:

You are a results‑driven and strategic project leader with strong quality expertise, with:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems, ideally in medical devices or healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and global regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional projects and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills (PMP/Agile highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, complex, and matrix environment
