As an Apprentice, you'll join a friendly and experienced team where you'll gain valuable workplace skills and play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business.
What You'll Do
- Receive deliveries and check incoming stock against delivery notes
- Unload, move and safely store stock within the warehouse
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pack goods securely and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload vehicles safely when required
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stock checks
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
- Learn to use warehouse equipment and systems safely
- Assist with stock rotation and ensuring products are stored correctly
- Support the wider team with day-to-day warehouse duties
- Provide good customer service when dealing with customers and deliveries
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and safe working practices
Training Outcome
