Our client, a leading childcare organisation with a strong reputation for quality and excellence, is looking for a Quality and Curriculum Advisor to drive outstanding practice across their nurseries.

This role is perfect for experienced Senior Nursery Managers, Multi-Site Managers, or those providing regional quality support who are ready to step up and influence practice at a regional level.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead quality audits, mock inspections, and improvement initiatives
  • Support Nursery Managers to develop bespoke, engaging curriculums
  • Cascade policy updates and deliver training across your region
  • Monitor quality data, RAG ratings, and inspection readiness
  • Provide expert guidance during Ofsted inspections to help achieve “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes
