The Role
You’ll take full ownership of one or more business centres, ensuring they run smoothly, look great, and deliver strong commercial performance. From sales and marketing to team leadership and customer care, you’ll be involved in every part of making your centre a brilliant place to work. You’ll be the go-to person for customers, partners and internal teams - building relationships, solving challenges quickly, and representing your centre with confidence, professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of your site(s), ensuring an exceptional standard throughout
- Drive occupancy and revenue through proactive sales, renewals and add-on services
- Deliver local marketing activity that boosts visibility and generates new enquiries
- Create an exceptional customer journey from initial tour to long-term retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, partners and local authorities
- Inspire, support and manage onsite teams, including Assistants and Maintenance staff
- Oversee invoicing, billing, arrears, budgeting and cost control with accuracy
- Monitor P&L performance and take ownership of meeting key site KPIs
- Carry out regular audits, inspections and compliance reviews
- Ensure all Health & Safety and operational policies are consistently met
