This is a varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, driving sales, and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Identify sales opportunities and maximise every enquiry to help achieve business targets
- Advise customers on available products and services, tailoring solutions to their individual needs
- Contribute to the achievement of weekly, monthly and annual performance targets
- Complete administrative tasks accurately in line with company procedures
- Maintain high standards across the working environment
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures
- Support account management and payment follow-up processes where required
- Take ownership of responsibilities during independent working periods or in the absence of management
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and ad hoc duties as required
