We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Senior Deputy Manager to support the manager with the day-to-day operations of our client's thriving nursery in London. Your Role:
- Support the Nursery Manager in leading and motivating the team.
- Step in as acting manager when required.
- Mentor, supervise and provide feedback to nursery staff.
- Help manage rotas, training needs and staff performance reviews.

- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher).
- Up to date DBS Check.
- Proven experience in managing staff within a nursery or similar childcare setting.
