Location: Midlands & North (Field-Based)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced HVAC sales professional who thrives on winning and growing service and maintenance contracts within the facilities management and end-user market? We are working with a well-established and growing HVAC business looking to appoint a Regional Sales Manager to drive service and maintenance revenue across a defined territory.

The Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business with a strong focus on HVAC maintenance, service and compliance contracts. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure solutions are commercially sound and deliverable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Winning new HVAC service and maintenance contracts with FM companies and end-user clients
  • Managing and expanding existing service portfolios within your region
  • Building long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Property Managers and key decision-makers
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services (repairs, replacements, upgrades and compliance)
  • Working collaboratively with engineering and service delivery teams
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong HVAC background (service, maintenance or contracting)
  • Proven experience selling maintenance and service contracts into facilities management companies and/or end users
  • A track record of winning new business and growing regional accounts
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to sell value, not just price
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to senior management
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and comfort working in a field-based role
