We're recruiting a Regional Quality Advisor to support a portfolio of nursery settings across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to drive quality improvement, support inspection readiness and coach nursery leaders to deliver the very best experiences for children.
Working closely with Regional Business Managers, Area Managers and Nursery Managers, you'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards and embedding best practice across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver quality audits and mock inspections across nursery settings.
- Support nurseries in preparing for inspections and achieving Good and Outstanding outcomes.
- Coach and mentor Nursery Managers and Area Managers to improve quality and compliance.
- Develop and monitor improvement plans, ensuring actions are completed effectively.
- Support the implementation of curriculum, policies and quality initiatives.
- Monitor quality performance.
