Kitchen Manager - The Role:
As Kitchen Manager you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring every service runs smoothly while maintaining exceptional food quality and compliance standards.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing your kitchen team
- Delivering consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Managing stock, ordering and food costs
