We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for high-quality, food-led hospitality to lead a portfolio of premium retail food locations.
This is a hands-on role for a visible leader who excels in exceptional service, beautifully presented food and teams who genuinely care about their guests and their craft.
The Role
- Lead, coach and inspire General Managers across multi-site locations
- Drive sales, profitability and cost control while protecting quality and brand standards
- Champion outstanding guest experience across food quality, service and presentation
- Embed consistent operating standards through regular planned and unplanned site visits
- Use performance data, audits and feedback to continuously raise standards
- Support new site openings and ensure successful launches
- Own escalated guest complaints, ensuring learning is shared and standards strengthened
- Ensure compliance across food safety, hygiene, health & safety and property standards

- Proven experience in multi-site, food-led hospitality
- Strong understanding of high-volume service environments where quality matters
- An inspiring, hands-on leader who leads from the front
- Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
