We are seeking a dynamic Nursery Deputy Manager to support the manager with the day-to-day operations of our clients thriving nursery in Atherton. As Nursery Deputy Manager, you will:

* Support the Nursery Manager in leading and motivating the team

* Step in as acting manager when required

* mentor supervise and provide feedback to nursery staff

* help manage rotas, training needs and staff performance reviews

Nursery Deputy Manager – What Our Client Is Looking For:

* A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher).

* Up to date DBS Check.

* Proven experience in managing staff within a nursery or similar childcare setting.

* A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* A genuine passion for childcare and early years education.
