We’re looking for an experienced General Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up to lead a well-established, high-volume restaurant and takeaway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a genuine operational role where food quality, standards and team development are just as important as commercial success.

What’s in it for you?

  • £35,000 - £38,000 basic salary
  • Performance bonus

About the Role:

As General Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll lead, coach and motivate your team while ensuring every guest receives excellent food and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Take ownership of P&L performance and drive profitability
  • Recruit, train and develop your people
  • Maintain exceptional food safety and health & safety standards
  • Manage stock, ordering and labour costs effectively
  • Ensure outstanding customer service at every opportunity
  • Work closely with both front and back of house to maintain operational excellence

About You:

You’ll be an experienced Assistant Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager with experience in a fast-paced food business.

  • Confidence leading both FOH and BOH teams
  • A passion for delivering consistently great food
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support wherever needed
  • Good knowledge of food safety, compliance and operational standards
