You'll lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver consistently excellent food, attentive service and a warm welcome. Working closely with your kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll maintain brand standards, organise busy services and keep a firm grip on the commercial performance of the business. You'll be visible on the floor, confident supporting kitchen operations when needed and ready to set the example for your team. General Manager - Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day pub and restaurant operations Take ownership of P&L performance, budgets and profitability Recruit, train and coach your team, supporting individual development Deliver consistent food quality, presentation and service in line with brand standards Manage rotas, stock, ordering, wastage and labour costs effectively Maintain excellent food safety and health and safety standards Build strong communication between the kitchen and front of house to keep service running smoothly You'll be an experienced General Manager, Pub Manager or Restaurant Manager, or a strong Assistant or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step, with a background in branded pubs or restaurants.
