You'll lead, coach and motivate your team while ensuring every guest receives excellent food and service. You'll be comfortable supporting kitchen operations when needed, maintaining high food standards and ensuring the business consistently delivers an exceptional product. General Manager - Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day restaurant operations Take ownership of P&L performance and drive profitability Maintain exceptional food safety and health & safety standards Ensure outstanding customer service at every opportunity You'll be an experienced Assistant Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Manager or Senior Hospitality Manager with experience in a fast-paced food business.
