We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development Partner to support the growth and development of our managers and teams across a multi-site childcare organisation. This is a varied role where you'll design and deliver engaging leadership development programmes, systems training, and onboarding initiatives that help our people thrive and deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes.
- Facilitating both face-to-face and virtual training workshops.
- Supporting manager and employee onboarding and induction programmes.
- Delivering systems training, including Microsoft 365 and role-specific platforms.
- Monitoring learning compliance and supporting continuous professional development.
- Partnering with operational and people teams to identify and address learning needs.
- Contributing to succession planning and career development initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Experience across the full learning cycle, from needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering both classroom and virtual learning.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications and digital learning platforms.
- CIPD Level 3 L&D, Certificate in Education & Training, or equivalent qualification (desirable).
- Experience within childcare, education, or a multi-site operational environment would be advantageous.
Additional Information:
- National travel required, including occasional overnight stays.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
