The Role
This is a field-based, new-business sales role focused on opening new customer accounts and building strong face-to-face relationships. You will spend most of your time visiting bars, restaurants, hotels, venues, and hospitality operators - introducing premium alcoholic beverages, generating interest, and securing new stockists. This role suits someone energetic, confident, target-driven, and comfortable with direct, in-person selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and visit new hospitality customers across London.
- Sell a premium alcoholic beverage portfolio to bars, restaurants, hotels, and venues.
- Build relationships with venue owners and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through to close.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and direct visits.
- Consistently achieve new business targets.
- Represent the brand professionally in the market.
Experience & Requirements
- Experience in field sales, drinks sales, hospitality sales, or FMCG.
- Confident with face-to-face selling and new business development.
- Experience selling into hospitality is desirable.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially driven.
- Passion for premium drinks and hospitality.
- Full UK working rights.
