We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Coffee Machine Engineer to join a growing technical team covering Central London. This is a field-based role, working on foot, supporting a wide range of commercial clients.
You’ll take full ownership of site surveys, installations, reactive breakdowns and planned preventative maintenance across multiple coffee machine brands. Work is scheduled via an internal ERP system, giving you clear visibility and structure to your day.
This role offers real autonomy. You’ll manage your own workload, take pride in high first-time fix rates, and proactively identify future risks before they become problems. What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial coffee machines
- Carrying out site surveys and new equipment installations
- Delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance
- Managing van/stock levels with complete accuracy at the designated storage location
- Completing job reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Maintaining strong communication with clients and the office team
- Supporting wider technical rollouts and projects across Central London
- Representing the business professionally on client sites at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ year’s experience working on coffee machines (2 years required)
- Experience with traditional and/or fully automatic equipment
- Exposure to multiple coffee machine brands (highly desirable)
- Strong understanding of coffee fundamentals – grind calibration, extraction and quality control
- A structured, methodical approach to diagnostics
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your day
- Good standard of Maths and English
- A proactive, team-focused mindset
