This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Coffee Field Service Engineer to work across a varied customer portfolio including cafés, offices, hospitality venues, and commercial sites throughout Central London.

The Role

As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial coffee equipment operates at peak performance across your designated area. This is a hybrid field-based position combining travel across London with hands-on engineering support on customer sites. While operating within Central London, much of the role will involve working on foot between nearby customer locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing, repairing, and diagnosing faults on a range of commercial coffee machines
  • Carrying out installations, site surveys, and equipment upgrades
  • Managing jobs through an ERP scheduling system
  • Delivering a professional and customer-focused service experience
  • Communicating effectively with customers and the internal support team
  • Maintaining tools, stock levels, and service documentation
  • Proactively identifying and resolving potential issues before breakdowns occur

You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, work independently, and maintain high service standards throughout your route.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2+ years’ experience repairing commercial coffee machines (traditional and bean-to-cup)
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
  • Experience calibrating grinders and optimising extraction
  • Multi-brand coffee machine experience highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
  • Good Maths & English skills
  • Passion for coffee and pride in delivering high-quality work
