We’re recruiting for a hands-on, driven General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-potential quick service restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity within an established brand, operating from a unique, multi-level site with both dine-in and takeaway channels. While the current footprint is compact, the business has significant scope to grow turnover, making this an exciting role for an ambitious operator who thrives on building performance.
The Role:
This is a highly operational position where you’ll be leading from the front. You’ll take full ownership of day-to-day performance, driving standards across both front and back of house while developing a motivated, high-performing team. You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experience at pace
- Driving consistency in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Managing a multi-floor operation with strong attention to detail
