We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is key in driving sales, strengthening customer relationships, and managing a growing portfolio across the region.

  • Proactively manage and expand a portfolio of existing customers within the assigned region.
  • Maximise opportunities through the sale, exchange, and loan of inventory, ensuring timely preparation and follow-up on customer quotations.
  • Deliver exceptional account management by maintaining in-depth knowledge of each customer's activity, purchasing patterns, and strategic needs.
  • Adapt your approach to align with regional customer cultures and trading practices, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with VPs and cross-functional departments to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to VPs and Regional Account Managers as required.

Experience & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in an aviation aftermarket or OEM-related role.
  • Preferably, account management or component sales experience in the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in the aviation industry and customer demands.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Quantum Inventory experience.
  • Established customer relationships within the regions is a plus.
