My client, a national service industry, is looking for a qualified financial director due to growth within the business. This role will head up the finance team reporting into the managing director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and oversight

Person Specification:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven leadership experience of financial control over multisite organisations
- Understanding of business processes and change management
- Experience of managing internal/external audit, statutory reporting and finance transformation
- Strong stakeholder skills liaising with all levels
This role will be an excellent opportunity for a number two in finance for a large organisation (or head of finance in a smaller organisation) looking for a step up into a board level role.
