Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum + £5,000 Car Allowance + Performance Bonus

Role Purpose

Our client is a highly successful and expanding operator within a dynamic, multi-site industry. We are seeking an analytical and collaborative leader to step into a strategic Regional Manager position. In this key leadership role, you will optimise asset occupancy and shape the overall business offering across a portfolio of up to 6 premium locations in North West London. This role requires a candidate who excels at high-level strategy and market responsiveness. You will lead, mentor, and support up to 6 Centre Managers, empowering them to adapt to dynamic pricing structures, analyse local competitor moves, and refine local operations to naturally attract and retain clients.

We welcome talent from high-yield, subscription, or unit-based multi-site industries. If you have managed portfolios in sectors driven by utilisation, asset yields, or flexible capacity, your skills will translate perfectly to our client's business model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise Occupancy: Develop tailored strategies for each location, ensuring healthy operational volume and portfolio performance through intelligent market positioning.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Monitor local market shifts and competitor landscapes to implement agile, data-driven pricing models that reflect real-time demand.
  • Refine the Offering: Continuously evaluate and adapt the business solutions, amenities, and packages to meet the evolving needs of the local customer base.
  • Empower Centre Managers: Mentor, guide, and develop up to 6 Centre Managers, building their commercial confidence, local market knowledge, and relationship-management skills.

Candidate Requirements

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Proven track record as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, or Multi-site Leader within a fast-moving, multi-unit environment.
  • Sector Background: Backgrounds in flexible workspace, hospitality, premium health and fitness, self-storage, car rental, or similar yield-driven industries are highly valued.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating dynamic pricing models, localised yield management, and market intelligence data.
  • Collaborative Leadership: A coaching-led management style focused on capability building and empowering decentralised teams.
  • Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the North West London business landscape and regional market trends.
