We are seeking a qualified Senior Financial Accountant with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience to join our finance team based in Chichester. The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls, and supporting business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Production of year-end statutory accounts and audit liaison
- Balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow monitoring and reporting
- Supporting and mentoring junior finance team members
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Ad hoc financial analysis and project work
About You
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
