Position Summary
The Kitchen Manager oversees all kitchen operations to ensure efficiency, food quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, control costs, and maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations during shifts, ensuring timely and consistent food preparation.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Enforce proper food handling, sanitation, and safety practices in compliance with health regulations.
