What We're Looking For We're looking for a passionate, hands-on hospitality professional who loves leading a team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll ideally bring: * Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Junior Manager or strong Supervisor within a busy hospitality environment. * A background in branded restaurants, pubs, cafés, coffee shops or bakeries. * Confidence leading, motivating and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment. * A genuine passion for delivering excellent food, service and guest experiences. * An understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations, including stock, labour and cost control. * A proactive, positive attitude and the confidence to lead from the front. * Some kitchen or food preparation experience, with a willingness to support wherever needed.
