Account Manager Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 + uncapped commission Realistic first-year earnings: £5,000–£10,000 commission Contract: Full-time Location: In-Office Build relationships. Drive retention. We’re looking for a warm, commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients — strengthening relationships, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities along the way. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys owning client outcomes, running confident commercial conversations, and making things happen by working closely with delivery and data teams. If you’re consultative, proactive, and love being the go‑to person for your clients, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing: As an Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring delivery satisfaction while maximising retention and revenue growth.
