What We’re Looking For:
- A confident and motivated supervisor or assistant manager from a branded, full-service restaurant background
- Experience supporting financial controls such as stock, labour, and cost management
- A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing FOH and BOH teams
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction

The Essentials:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
- Hands-on BOH experience and comfortable in the kitchen
