What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident and motivated supervisor or assistant manager from a branded, full-service restaurant background
  • Experience supporting financial controls such as stock, labour, and cost management

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction

The Essentials:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
  • Hands-on BOH experience and comfortable in the kitchen

  • A full UK driving licence (due to site location)
