The Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will take full operational, financial, and educational accountability for up to 7 nurseries.

  • People Leadership: Empower, coach, and develop your Nursery Managers, building robust succession plans.
  • Quality Excellence: Drive educational standards, ensuring all settings maintain or work towards Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
  • Commercial Growth: Deliver regional EBITDA targets, optimize occupancy strategies, and manage localized budgets.
  • Compliance & Safeguarding: Champion strict safer recruitment and unbeatable safeguarding practices across the region.
  • The Ideal Candidate

We want to hear from experienced multi-site leaders who thrive on autonomy and commercial growth.

  • A proven track record as an Early Years Area Manager or as a Senior/Cluster Nursery Manager overseeing large-scale operations.
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Degree, EYPS, or EYITT is highly desirable).
  • Deep understanding of EYFS frameworks, Ofsted inspection metrics, and safer recruitment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly between Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire sites
